It works every time for me lol, no issues so far.

I tried to cancel, but it still doesn’t feel fully sorted out. Maybe other people had an easier time with it, but compared to what I’ve heard from friends using similar services, this felt way more frustrating than it should’ve been.

They kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. In situations like this, I usually don’t expect constant communication, but they did a good job letting me know what was going on without me having to chase them.
